So just to be clear, this guy fully went off book right? He said his plan was to kill all of humanity so that the absolute god would recognize him, but do the gods actually want all of humanity to be wiped out? Feels like that’s a big source entertainment for them. And restarting humanity just sounds like a pain.
Chapter 109 for the context/reminder.

Not only the mom... they where like, the only people that where good people, certified good people, hell´s seal of veracity and all that. If he can´t bring them back... might as well just start over no?, create heaven in hell or something like that... but then i think, what is even heaven in this world, who rules over it and what is their opinion about all of this... honestly thinking that heaven is not really a thing here, like might it be, instead of just being good people, you need to be approved by whoever rules over heaven or something

Raoul is kind of a shitty "god." For someone who made this supposed utopia and then judges the people there on a weekly basis on if they are good or not, he literally left them completely defenseless without any alarms or some of his hell things to protect or serve as meat shields?

Sure, he probably didn't expect a god to show up and start frying people but he's too busy making a demon sodomy-circle and messing with the demon lord to actually pay attention to the one thing he "maybe" actually cares about.

Well, he made that place not for them, but for his own satisfaction to see there are still good left in the world, right?
So in a way he’s like the other shitty gods. It’s just his entertainment genre is different from them.

As far as alarms, we saw Raoul sense something going wrong at the end of the last chapter and immediately leave to look into it. Though it was assumed it was the king's attack he was sensing, it could have just as easily been that he thought the king was the one attacking Paradise. With as hard and fast as the brat's been throwing meteors, it likely took minutes at most for him to arrive. So really the fault was not leaving more guards in the first place, which could have been simple overconfidence that no one would be stupid enough to attack a place he had created.
