"He doesn't even realize it, does he" "Let's cheer him on"

Wait, do the girls remember Goblin used to be male? What if everyone does actually remember and Goblin just assumed everyone forgot. ._.
I do believe that it's more of a shift in how others view their friendship. Since, when they were boys they were the closest of friends obviously when it goes to reverse and everyone remembers that goblin-san had always been a girl then others would view their friendship closer to romance coupled with how clingy goblin-san gets around tank-san. Anyone would think that they're dating already which would explain why the girls would act that way towards goblin-san and Tank-san's relationship.

Well I meant that they were referring to Goblin as "he".

If everyone always thought of Goblin as a girl now wouldnt they be using "she" for Goblin?

I think Ace is mostly questioning the use of Male pronouns. I do believe female pronouns would be more accurate, since the girl has no reason to view Goblin as a boy. Unless, there's something in the original Japanese that implies this.

Ah my bad my bad 😅. It seems to be a translation error on my part. The original text never really specified which gender goblin-dono was as most mangas (I think) would do, where they dont include the pronouns for he or she but you would simply have to rely on context to know the gender of the person their talking about was. This was a slip up 😭

Japanese heavily relies on context so everyone would most likely assume you know what their talking about especially in this case when refering to goblin-dono's pronouns where I should have added a she not as a he even though the text never mentioned any pronouns. So! In conclusion, my bad guys 😅.

As a headcanon, I can imagine Tank-kun hugging Goblin-san and spinning her around while chuckling to hide the slowly creeping embarrassment. Yes, Goblin would be flustered, and the scene would be marvelous.

Ahhh~ At this point, I won't be surprised if Shuugo and Rin is the class's OTP that everyone low-key swears to nurture and protect.
