actually no it doesn't. i checked the raw and her name is clearly spelled "Maniyana" so there is no reason to remove the "i" because if it's not supposed to be there they would have spelled it "Manyana" since "n" is the only consonant in the Japanese language that doesn't have vowel accompanying it
