The raws are censored, the ones in the digital volume are not but it is irrelevant really, doesn't add or substract from the story.

my only complaint is that giant black boxes are so jarring even if you're not directly looking at them, there isn't really a good solution I can think of though sadly

I agree about the Emma censorship complaints, report to the nearest wood chipper. But remember Charlotte is also underage, so watch the complaints about the steam for her.

But I do agree the black boxes are kinda obtrusive, but I also can't think of something better. Magic steam to sexualize Emma would be bad too in a different way.
