Thanks for the update!

(I give him maybe 2 chapters before he's managed to double the size of his domain by building the Great Wall instead of a simple fence)
You're welcome, hope you enjoy this chapter
Thank you for the translation!

These silly chapters where slapstick and slice-of-life rules are really soothing. :)
You're welcome, hope you enjoy the translation:win:

I started reading this and autocompleted it to 'double the size of his harem' and thought yeah, that makes sense.
He is a little slower at expanding his harem than he is at blitzing through the plot, so give it maybe 6 chapters?

I'm on team Rina. She's the only one, afawk, to actually have romantic feelings for the MC.

Very cool he's now assigning all his mage friends to work that doesn't make use of their skills because he only knows and brought mages with him so has no one else to do it. I'm gonna called horse shit on Lutz saying he's more busy than he was in the Kingdom when Dorothea said he was basically half dead every time she saw him. Also we haven't been shown him doing anything at all. He's been there for like three days where he's done three things. Kill some monsters, killed a witch, and saw a boar.

It feels hard to be invested in this series. There's basically no direction or overarching story/themes. Every arc seemingly only last 3 chapters at most. Every problem and their impacts gets shown for like three panels before proceeding to solving them so none of them feel like they have any stakes. Attachment to characters feels unearned as they have little depth to them, relying mostly on you being familiar with other similar archetypes. Fina has a cute design with a clumsy but competent character traits but we basically know nothing about her. Rooting for her feels less about Fina and more about her traits as you've no doubt seen countless characters with those same traits played out before. This isn't just Fina though it's all of the characters.

There's also no real sense of time passing so it feels like the story is being rushed through.

So much this

The series has people burning to death, so it's not exactly a "light-hearted romp," but it keeps acting like it's just a silly Rom-Com.
Like, who burns people to death and is like "time for snackies, kids" 15 minutes afterward? (That's a rhetorical question, people)

If the world constructed here is as superficial as it seems, he should simply marry the highest court rank with the understanding that they may or may not care about each other, initially.
If he is both
A. a grown up, and
B. able to not care about massively fucked up shit going on around him all the time, then...
... this is a no-brainer; just marry the tall blonde with the good pedigree, and then harem you the other 2-3 before the other 4 show up... 🙄

One of the only times I want the MC to have a harem. All the choices are too good!
Yes, including Strait
