I think it's more genetics, bro. Take a look at her size and the size of her parents. Her parents are BIG people.

Yup, it was these, they used to sell them in the US, but then stopped ages ago, then brought them back but of course enshittified and not as good as before so they didn't sell well and stopped selling them again.

They are pretty good when made from scratch, with actual good chocolate and ice cream and the like, but they aren't easy to make. The store-bought version uses pretty flavorless stuff though, so it mostly just tastes like fat and sugar.
