I don't think she can be called "oppai loli". That's a full-fledged girl at the peak end of puberty. A young adult, if you wish.

Fun series. I quite like that Rick played his role as an alchemist seeking the truth the entire time even towards the end. Bro went out of his way to put himself in harms way just to fully understand Allen and the make of up of his ability and perhaps provide him some insight into the abilities as a whole.

I quite like the lengthy dynamic introduced with Rick genuinely seeing everything as a research subject and slowly unravel what made up Allen's ability and how Allen would have been a peerless hero if he had fostered bonds with his friends if his ability was entirely built out of self assurance. Also funny that it looked like he got turned into a dragon girl at the end lmao.

A unique take on the genre at the very least. Thanks for the TL's tho it reflected the intrigue of the work well enough.
