Keyboards as in, computer keyboards. Like they would go nuts how it should be "clack clack" and not "clack clack"; that's how they all sound to me.

Full disclosure - I use the keyboard that came with a computer our family got in 1995/96? (IBM KB-8923, if you want to look it up) for my work computer, because laptop keyboards are generally garbage. I don't need one of the older style super clicky keyboards, but I do want something better than the stock option on the work laptop.

But yeah, if you want a really loud keyboard, GTFO. Or get a Selectric II.

I just want my keyboard to clack at all, that's enough for me.
Might also build my own keyboard in the future, I have a general idea on how that is doable

The account is from the 2023 so maybe it's just a scammer, I can't trust anyone with 0 messages and fully limited profile that out of the blue ask about a thing far in the past. I wish I could run around and replace everyone's keyboard switches with Cherry MX Blues so every key press sounds like they're punching their keyboard . (speed silvers suck, I keep making so many typos)

Aside from sticking a speaker in a keyboard, I feel like this might be doable with a membrane keyboard and something like the squeakers you can get out of toys.

Yeah, the most authentic would be to have the microcontroller for the keyboard produce sound on click, combined with a silent keyboard.
The squeakers I'm not so sure would properly work. Also, they'd be quite a pain to assemble.
