I have to admit: I am soft enough to enjoy a little bit of Amane's angel older sister redemption. But even I can not feel even a little bit of compassion to Yoru, hence why I tend to agree with Amane on this matter.

Amane has a point that this is essentially giving herself up to her insane Sister.

Also, I wonder if this old guy isn't going to be the one behind all this. The way he said that he was jealous of the Demon King, the way he wishes that the two girls were his daughters, and whatever he did to Amane, Yoru being asleep is also because of him and I'm guessing it's him who has been keeping her comatose body safe too.

It's probably due to them being supernatural beings, they can learn whatever power they're taught with. Also Akutsu has half of the angelic powers of Ain (his black half-wings) so he most likely has both angelic and demonic abilities, though we've yet to see Amane's demonic powers that could've probably been inherited from Yuri. Bottomline is both are anomalies but the people who took them in labeled them as their own for the time being

One (two?) chapters ago it was revealed she's always been able to use them without the ring, the ring that, supposedly, granted her demonic powers.
