But the whole within this entirety of the population of earth this one singular black company salaryman worker with nothing special about him is the abnormality that this god entity decides to bank all of his hopes into is pretty much one of the biggest ass pull ever to be pulled that wasn't necessary for the already standard ass pull that is a scenario involving any sort of fantastical isekai element.

In a sense, I get that it front loads some of the explanation. But the explanation doesn't add anything more than just somehow this mob character is not just super special within the entire billions of people on earth. But super special amongst the uncountable amount of fantasy worlds that the creator god failed to maintain. That's asking to believe a lot of bull right off the bat for your box standard gacha mobile game addicted unmotivated black company salaryman character.

The overworked office worker, stuck in a dead-end office job, and on the brink of just collapsing from overwork any day now, but then he decides to leave work early one day and rather than getting hit by a truck or discovering some yet undiagnosed cancer, a God (capital G) gives him the power to manage an isekai. This is basically cutting out the middle of any generic isekai with a middle aged MC.

In this case though, we have a God who is established real early on as having struggled with creating a perfect world of sorts, and has been at it for ages, and now he stumbles across the most generic isekai target and goes "You amongst the multiverse, the multiple planets and creations I have made and destroyed, across all time and space. You are super duper special, black company generic salaryman with no discernable talent. You are the key to unlock the mystery of how i can finally create the perfect world."

That is some major extreme grade ass pull on top of the typical ass pull that an isekai scenario has. Which, mind you, I have signed up for because I am here reading this trash and many other trashy stories because they do entertain me. But this is some next level amount of ass pull.

He's not just anyone, he's basically Satou from Death March, or any of a dozen Arafoo Kenja protagonists, and God says that the world always collapses when one of these guys appears, so he's putting him to work this time.

I hope this doesn't go with MC completely isekai'd. I like seeing him being able to come back and forth through his avatar. Also I hope that every choice he makes as a "god" matters and actually having impact when he decides to visit his world. It'll make a good interactivity between his two lives.

Fun premise, reminds me of randomly generated history mechanic of dwarf fortress. I'm intrigued to see where this is going.
