Both. He's happy for Youta as he cares about him. Rei wants to see him happy and wants to be closer to him. He sees this as a chance to have a memorable interaction with Youta where both of them are trying to win and thus can connect earnestly.
However, Rei has a reputation as the popular guy. This is something he's probably desperate to maintain seeing that he's emaculate at school while being a slob at home. As such he's worried that losing will make him seem lame.
With that said, he's probably more happy than worried.
