I have many story ideas that feel so good (source:trust me bro) that i felt sorry for everyone in this world that can't read it—because of my incompetence to write a good story. That's why I make this thread for ya'll, be happy for you to read something amazing, but you can't have the whole story—like those banger original anime with just one season.

What I gonna write just a premise/idea, not the whole story so feel free to snip it :02: you can credit me or not.

First story idea.

Genre: Comedy, Romance.
Demographic: Shonen

Synopsis: The cute, delicate FL is fucked up with his beauty privilege, so she do undebut highschool. Wearing glasses, braided hair, long skirt and always looking down. And there's ML, a perverted glasses that only see people for their glasses. The fated meeting our FL and ML had makes FL live upside down. ML who just looks at FL's glasses, makes FL feel like a human again and not just because her stunning beauty. What's happen next? Is the ML gonna cure his fetish about glasses? Can the FL meet her destinied prince? Are the student council gonna hinder their relationship!?

Question: Is there any manga with the same premise like this?

That's for now guys. Maybe I'll try add other idea that just laying on my note.

Don't hope to much for a whole story.

Story about grave keeper of spell-caster graveyard

As we know sorcerer is born with ability to do magic, essentially their body is magic themselves. This make their remain a magical artifact that desirable by many.

There is also many wizards and artificer who asked to be buried with their most brilliant scroll or magic gizmo

So it's the duty of said grave keeper to fight against the grave robber, greedy necromancer, and demon or fairy who is dead they pissed off in their adventures.

you know in fantasy series immortal are a rare but still plenty enough

i imagining them gathering and make a very exclusive little club. The immortal vampire, impervious dragon, eternal elf, lich overlord, the ever changing automaton, elder spirit, etc. its like a nice little side story where they rant how fast the world change around them, or how insane is the chosen one's power, or their recent minor problem.

While different, amusingly in WHF there is a knightly order dedicated to this task: the Knights of Morr (local god of death).
The somber, stoic, usually silent knights guard the graveyards of the Empire and further so that those resting there wouldn't
1) rise up from the dead due to residual magical effects
2) be desecrated by a random necromancer, vampire, cultist, rats of unusual size or any other ne'er-do-well
3) be grave-robbed

It is funny how almost every idea by now has been implemented in some way - known or unbeknownst to you - when you start jotting down ideas for a piece of fiction.

Since we are story dumping, each time I go donate blood, I always wonder jokingly: "what if we actually have developed artificial blood and all of this donated blood goes to feed vampires, who are the true overlords of the world?"
And then I started imagining an underground vampire café beneath each blood donation location, where the blood suckers just order up their favourite types or even request specific people whose fluids they've taken a liking to.

this is like tonari no kyuuketsuki-san, the vampire like to make online order for blood. There she can choose what type of person's blood like the diet or age.

also reminding me about a tumblr (?) that i see floating around thinking why vampire dont just make underground city where they save from sunlight

last before i sleep

i had this idea about dwarves kingdom carved inside of mountain, while the outer layer were used as farming field to grow grape and barley for alcohol and tons of space for animal.

i often see dwarves civilization inside of the mountain and think "where these hairy ball get those beer? there is no sustainable way". thats why i thought having a cultivated farm on the mountain top would definitely solve it. might be too simple to be called idea but i think its neat little addition to world building.

Fantasy burials are rarely explored in depth really. I had a similar discussion about the necromancer topic in I think comments of one chapter of Gaikotsu.
Let's explore the topic further beyond just necromancy and grave-robbing. What happens to a powerful being when they die and start to decay, what happens to all that power stored in their body? Does it dissipate normally and harmlessly into the world or will there be some issues. I could clearly see the death of some Arch Wizard being the equivalent of a whale fall in a fantasy world, with countless magical creatures, both scavenger and predator suddenly sensing the influx of mana in the air and going "yummy". Now just imagine the effect on the local community when that happens. Would powerful beings seek out solitude and prepare special death rites, so that they wouldn't inconvenience their people with their passing?
Can't remember this being tackled in that many works, with only Bleach popping to mind off the top of my head.

Undertaker service for the absurdly powerful, at your service. We secure your passing and ensure no harm will befell the next of kin and that your eternal rest be not disturbed.

Or be a tad bit more creative instead of going for realistic solutions. Take dorf fortress as an example, where you can cultivate a lot of mushrooms etc underground, so why not go full ham on that.
Beer mushrooms, mushrooms that taste like beef, fungi that produces sugar, fungi that is made into flour, various animals adapted into living underground, say a blind pale cow that eats lichen and minerals or some pig-like critter that eats all the waste product of the kingdom. The sky or rather the molten core is the limit! Let your mind fly and think how the stubborn bearded lot would cultivate and adapt their way into underground dwellers, rather than mimic the surface dwelling tall useless folk, who have to rely on a ball of fire glued to the sky-dome!

Or go full magitech and have them build an artificial sun, but then again this has been done quite many times.

Tolkien had a solution to this: famous and prospering dwarf holds just stopped farm work and instead traded their surplus wealth for food and produce. Even after their downfall post Smaug, Durin's Folk still considered farm work and such beneath them and would rather do cheap mining or blacksmithing for humans.

Still it would be an interesting sight. Under the mountain the typical dwarf kingdom. However, the mountain itself has been turned over the centuries into a giant terrace farm, with everything and beyond a dwarf might need grown on it.

@BakedBanana - we do this kind of thing, right? If not, we should look into it, for no other reason that switching the backhoe from diesel to mana would probably save a few bucks in the long run.

I feel like a death of powerful being would be a birth of some species. Like the lesser species around dragon burial site would definitely adapt to such high concentration of mana. I imagining a salmon like creature where they mature in around of dragon burial and then back to the river they spawn and dissipate the mana they gather. Or migrating bird eating in the plant and tree that grow there and bringing the seed else where.

If this dissipating creature were absence the environment gonna change so badly into a wasteland dessert or some sort. I think having an elf to be the protector of nature and balance take a role here is gonna be nice.

This world building is like delicious dungeon huh, like on the flooded floor laios thought how the cycle of life is like inside of dungeon

The thought that there might be a vegan dwarf is so mind boggling to me

While this can do their wealth have limit, if they continue to produce quality products each and everyday the market value would goes down since they become common and since dwarf quality such top notch the goods take very long time to break.

Wait... This could make a room for a merchant guild to work with, bunch of cunning merchant keep the goods flow and the price stable. It's like how diamond actually not very rare but merchandise so neatly it become stupid expensive

This actually could work too

Wow, @Basic_human is pumped up.
I have one fantasy idea too. I got this idea while looking at one reel that sometimes parodied a DnD thread. Something about the legal age for several species.

Second idea.
Genre: Fantasy, Adventure, Action.
Demographic: Seinen

Synopsis: A suspicious bar in the corner of the beginner village. No one knows who the owner is, but there's rumour around it. There's a father-daughter duo who run the bar. The daughter is serving the customer, and the father is at the back, along with another man with dark aura around him who acts like a bouncer when the adventure is not legal for drinks but gets arrogant because they are adventurers.

The premise is about a comedy about how the arrogant adventurer keeps asking for a drink when they are still not of legal age. Like the species, they make regulations about the age of legal drinking because they have different spans of life. In this fantasy world they have humans, elves, dwarves, beastmen, fairies, and any other vast range of fantasy species. I have done much worldbuilding on it. There are dragons too, but they feel so high and mighty to be around other species. The story is the story around the adventure, when they make a circle and tell their story to others, and the daughter is listening too. The story is more or less tangled with this kingdom and the other empire's politics.

Spoiler time!
The family duo is dragon. The father is the odd one and gets isolated by himself. In his solitary life he found human women and fell in love. So the daughter is half human, half dragon. Because human life and dragon life are so uneven, the mother is gone when the daughter is so tiny in dragon age. Do not worry, the mother is serve her life until the end, with no sickness or anything. It is just that their life span is really different. That's why the father has become a single parent. I have an idea about the legal age of mixed species, but it's gonna be wide web because sometimes it can make the age go up or down based on the mana—I'll think about it later when I really want to make it. The bouncer with the dark aura is a dragon too, he idolizes the father and follows his steps.

The owner is actually a 'god' of the kingdom. There are two primordial beings at the beginning in this world, the light and shadow, who rule different areas. The light for the kingdom and shadow for the empire. The owner is this light being, and the father is his lackey, he makes the bar to know what happens in the kingdom. In conclusion, the kingdom and empire have an odd relationship. The king knows about the bar, and sometimes the father helps the kingdom by the being's command. The problem is the shadows being, he really runs beside the emperor and makes the empire like a dollhouse. So more or less, all the stories the adventures told are linked to the phenomenon around the politics of the kingdom and empire.

Deym, that's long.
Hope you enjoy and happy September.

Wait, it's already September!? Time to take out my September playlist!
