Most likely is because nobody wants to translate this because of the upcoming R___ scenes which most people doesn't like (I don't really mind)

Another reason is that BookWalker JP hides it from being purchased outside of Japan (and many other R 18+ stuffs), while other sites only have the first volume (unknown how many chapters are there) and there has been no update (I have bought up to about 10th or so episodes before they blocked/hidden it)

So... either someone tests out VPN, or has access and willing to translate, we are never going to have a new episode here, Sadly

It sucks so badly that the rest is stuck behind a pay wall. I really wished I could buy it and translate it since I read the WN till the end. I know there's like, 13 volumes of this adaptation to manga, so cheers hoping someone might just take it and translate it here for us english speaking people.

It really does suck. Sadge I didn't get it. Hope someone out there somewhere get a scan of it.

Can confirm that raws of manga currently is avaliable here. Thou I think its actually just 15 chapters (each chapter divided into 3 parts)
However you will need a vpn to view the page. Also to view free chapters of anything you need sms authentication with japanese phone number. Have yet to test buying chapters. Seems to take credit card payments for recharging points.

On tangent has the webnovel / light novel been translated? I'd like to read that too!

Only 11 Chapters I am working on re-translating them but I am kinda lazy and am only up to chapter 5 x.x
