Sou is still in Class E, and Suzuki is still in Class A.

Looking at families in that world, then it seems likely that women who have kids usually give birth to more than one (at least as long as they don't have a boy)... assuming that's normal then I wouldn't be too surprised if Akane had a sister or two herself. Or maybe other female relatives her age like a cousin... if such a woman had a daughter, her appearance might be a bit familiar.
