Okay I'll admit something. I was kinda got the NTR sick feeling when translating this. I only like Suzutori in theory because its hilarious. And it could happen (highly doubt it tho) because we are dealing with Nikumaru. Whatever.
Baffled, I know you're livid at me for posting this "heresy". So, to everyone, here's some other good fanart to make up for what was probably an "alternative route that can be plausible". Good ol Suzu x Yuu.

Also,speaking of body pillows,you mentioned before how they changed the girly room Suzu had into one that just had Yuus' body pillow,a nice change...

...but quite a few changes in the animated series actually make the series a tad bit lacking,such as changing Tibet and Mongolia(reasonable and understood locations for most people)into constelations(overused and less understood).

Once can easily imagine being in a far off nation,but one is more hardpressed to think about a constelation as a far away place.

Knowing the mangaka other work am I the only one who feels Atori x Suzu has real chance of happening?

We know Atori is definitely being playful with Yuu

We know Suzu is clearly in love with Yuu

Yet somehow with each passing chapter I can't help but feel the few Atori x Suzu moments feel a lot more serious and hold more weight then all Atori x Yuu moments we had so far

Normally I wouldn't even consider the possibility, but knowing the mangaka other ongoing series is it really  that unlikely the end game couples won't be what we normally would expect?

Though maybe I'm just thinking too deep about it cause the mangaka other ongoing series is twisting my expectations of this one

I'm still holding out hope for Yuzutori. The unique relationship dynamic between the 3 of them is the perfect set up.

That's what I was thinking. Suzu x Atori moments are weirdly getting more frequent and more serious. Its been bothering me.

I have seen Nikumaru's other works. It can go in that direction, but most likely not.

The manga logic of (Suzu x Yuu) + (Yuu x Atori) = Atori x Suzu.
I don't know why it happens, but it happens way too often.

I do agree with some of that. Yeah, there's no development because there wasn't supposed to be any. This is a gag comedy 4 koma manga with yuri sprinkled in. This shit isn't supposed to be serious!

But if you are done with this manga, then who's gonna stop you? I'll be stuck here in hell with Atori and everyone else (I do love this manga anyway).
