Her guitar solos aren't exactly subtle. And how many people they know with pink hair? Or they just see 2 floating cubes and think is part of the decoration of the stand?

I think is more about the other members rather than Bocchi herself, Kita is the singer so everyone recognized, Yamada is described as the cool type and is the one with more fans, and Nijika since she is the leader and the proactive in every kind of event they opaque Bocchi so much that maybe her shyness alone make her feel more like a forgettable provisional member for new fans.

Well, if you take into account the YouTube channel, Bocci is actually the most popular of them. However, few people know that GuitarHero is her, lmao.

This is the first time I've seen a fan meeting where the artist feels more awkward than the fans themselves, lmao. It's not a very good gag and there have been flashes throughout the series that showing that Bocchi is very beautiful as well as bodacious... I get that's the point.

It's basically pointless to point to anime color hair to distinguish someone. Unless it's pointed out within the story, anime hair color is just for the viewer's pleasure and not for in-universe reasons. Just look at most shows set in a school.

I really hope there's some real payoff to this "gag" down the road. Been stretched for way too long.

I think the payoff is that this gag is half the reason she gets included in a chapter at all
Without it, they would've just said that Bocchi got throat cancer from doing the cinnamon challenge and couldn't come to the event.
