that said, this chapter really raises some questions about what the actual fuck "sand magic" is supposed to be in this setting that i overlooked til now, because while iron sand is like, standard sand containing iron particles or w/e (which already brought up questions since it wouldn't be any harder than normal sand, they treat it like it's got the properties of smelted iron but it's still just fucking particles), "diamond sand" etc would essentially just be small crushed diamonds, right..? can bro just control literally any material in small & numerous enough form that it can act as a liquid (without actually being liquid)? can he manipulate flour/yeast/salt/etc and make especially fluffy bread? is the true form of his power cocaine-o-mancy? i need to know!

I got confused of the pacing so I looked back at the end of the previous chapter. I initially thought the little sister teleported both the FML and the sphinx lady to someplace else, stranding them somewhere while leaving her alone with her brother (MC), suddenly introducing drama or conflict within the group.

Turns out, while the sphinx lady was holding MC and he was carrying his sister, the sister just switched places with FML. In that case, the transition to this chapter makes more sense with both the FML and sphinx lady still around.

Was anybody else as confused about this development initially, or was it just me?
