Being adapted from novel have some limitation like this sadly and idk Chinese novel is the same as LN in Japan where it have side story to focus on different perspective maybe it does have one that they have no interest to adapt it

The novel treats these extra chapters that the manhua is currently adapting as a different perspective that is less centered around MMC. There isn't a Haozi spin off afaik
