No better reason than "It's just my kink."
I did like the other short series about the robot girl turning out to be human, but I honestly felt like they didn't do enough comedy with it.author was right to reject suggestion about making her secretly human
I can't even understand the intent. it's like betraying expectation, like, "oh, so it's not robo waifu".I did like the other short series about the robot girl turning out to be human, but I honestly felt like they didn't do enough comedy with it.
In this case I think it would be silly to make AI-chan a secret human.I can't even understand the intent. it's like betraying expectation, like, "oh, so it's not robo waifu".
The attraction won't be about "something not supposed to have sentience are having feelings", so those "fake robot all along" had to make up with something else.
like, niche among niche
ah, in that setting, there's no false. since there's no "robo waifu have heart" in the genre. it's really just comedy about the concept. reader aware what they're getting into, and is fine.In the other short-chapter manga I'm thinking about but can't remember the twist was that the girl was his childhood friend and was pretending to be his maid bot, so it was cute watching her try to hide the fact she was a human. (and of course the double twist that he knew the whole time, recognized her, and was playing along with the act)
its not something you can make a 200-chapter manga out of, but its a silly-cute concept when done right.
