She got into an argument with Kansai because she told her she likes him and Kansai said she would support her and didn't mention that she also likes him.

When he confessed doesn't really matter, Kansai didn't suddenly start having feelings for him only after the confession

Loli calling him selfish is total bs lmao, his line about wanting them to get back together to ease his conscience was clearly just something he said to make her feel better. also the fact that she got a boyfriend (presumably right before Christmas) makes me think that Molester's question to her after her confession was spot on. regardless, Molester showed his selflessness this chapter, and that he's a man among men
