Those are both bad news to me. I wanted to read a sweet story of her healing her suffering and becoming a happy child. And then going into a Katarina-like story.
My expectations now clash with reality, and I feel dissapointed. Still, the development so far has been nice, so maybe the latter chapters will also be good.

Stop torturing yourself and go find another story then.

If no story like that exists, create your own.

You would expect that after chapter 1 the not target audience would leave but here we are.
1 . loli tag (even if she doesnt stay as one)
2. Suggestive tag (There is, and will be ecchi)
3. The girl is clearly, and will keep being in love

To be fair, sometimes you won't get the gist of the story and the direction it will take from the first chapter. So a reader will need to read a couple more chapters to know if it's for them.

But in this case... where it's planning to go is obvious. These people complaining should just find another story, and/or read more chapters. And they're complaining way too early, it's still the fucking first/second chapter! I usually drop a series early myself though if I don't like the premise, but I just say "it's not for me" and move on instead of complaining about it.

There's no winning the 'age gap' argument in reincarnation stories.

Same physical age but one is mentally older (ex. Mushoku Tensei)? 'grooming'
Both are mentally adult, but physical age difference (ex. Bookworm)? 'grooming'
Shield Hero? 'grooming'

Makes you wonder why are those people even clicking on any such series at all if they're never happy.

Ironically, the woman who would marry this reincarnated man (who's 18 physically) would be the one who's the groomer/pedo.

Reina seeing Klael not as "Father Figure" or anything, but "someone I really love" is understandable in a sense that all her life before the story, her only experience with human is her abusive (and probably... P you know what) father. Thus seeing someone being nice to her and make her happy ended up not being tied to "father" (cause... yeah), but as "a man"

Ah, they made it weird, a little. But worded in a way of "plausible deniability" so that is "totally not actually weird" and "will wait till she grows up" which only makes air a little better and a little less weird but the age gap is still there regardless so it will be weird for a long time.
"Age is just a number" is only true when both parties have the age and wisdom to understand why that casual usage is usually bad.
