Personally I don't think those two are that contradictory, even if they were held by the same person. As the complaint about both can be a matter of taking issue with inconsistent tone. Besides the fact that this one could be more a matter of people disliking the focus of this chapter. As not everyone is exactly interested in a chapter focusing on a pubescent girl masturbating, regardless of if that girl was formerly a man.

Personally though I think that it is more contradictory for people to complain only now in this chapter that this is an event that has happened in the story, when it was first mentioned to have happened on page 4 of chapter 1. Though it still wouldn't be that contradictory to take minor issue with it having been mentioned to have happened, and take more issue with it getting as much focus as it does here.

Though when reception does tend to be focused on negative sentiments it can be difficult to learn from it.

Since this is the first day he come to another world and be another person, it's kind of scary, if you read from first chapter to now, how he slowly losing "himself", even his basic interest, to "herself".

And also interesting to see.

I kind of like the feeling of him truly losing his sense of self and memories, like I feel this is what missing in the isekai tensei manga(while it's not technically tensei)-- slowly losing your past self and grown into the new one that fit your new body age (and gender).

Like, some isekai tensei manga just can't decide between making the mc act as his body age or his past self age, and become mixed bag.
