To be honest, it didn't surprise me, it did look like it had been abandoned at the time. Assuming the other guy did it with the best intentions, but perhaps he should have messaged them to check. HH is the best quality, but I am unsure if they can catch up with the current release, considering they seem to be limited to only one Isekai Ojisan release a month, so its always possible the same thing could happen again.
