With all the women I've been with, only those of the spectrum lasted more than a year. It was easier to understand them because if you put some effort, they'd tell you what is happening and if they didn't understand themselves they'd be happy just by you being there.

Meanwhile with normal women, it's a minefield. Sometimes they want you to be there, sometimes they don't and they rarely communicate. When they communicate, they send you completely wrong messages expecting you to understand them. They might NOT be emotionally unstable like those of the spectrum, but even with that normal women give more of a headache.

So at this point it seems safe to say that all four of them have at least some level of romantic interest in Yoshio. Karin regularly teases him in a provocative manner and has tried seducing him a few times, and here she has a naughty fantasy about him. Wonder how that gets resolved in the end when Hanano eventually gets him. I'm assuming the manga will sort of just drop or forget the story element of the other three liking him too, but will be interesting to see how it plays out.
