What if the lazy 'recruiter' Ganache is actually one of Tim's brothers, as in another prince from the imperial family, who actually saw value in his chore skills and left the castle to watch over him? How he was not known to be a brother of Tim's, maybe he was born from a concubine and is in a similar position in the imperial family and is looked down on, even with whatever incredible skill he was born with.
