thanks for continuing, even through school being tiring and stuff.School has been draining me of thinking straight so I haven't been translating much. But I'll get to it (the next chapters look fun anyway. Yuu being dumb and more Suzutori, for some reason)
Series is still going and given it’s into vol 6 I figure it’ll run for as long as the author wants it.thanks for continuing, even through school being tiring and stuff.
Yuu being silly at least is the canon state of her character.
I don't know if this series has been fully completed but given how the author's other work is heading I have to admit I suspect SuzuTori to be the actual endgame, though that's admittedly just me being a bit reactionary.
Ruu, at least, is consistent in her comedic relief despite whatever else is happening, though, which is nice to see.

IMO there’s a long ways to go. The story began when Yuu and Suzu entered high school as first years. The most recent chapter takes place at summer comiket. So, April to mid-August, or around 4.5 months in story. All I know of JP high school is from google but it looks like there’s two more semesters left in the school year.
Assuming the current pace (ch 1 came out 12/2020) and the series ending around when the third years (Atori, Rura, Kiyohara) graduate, the manga would run for another 10 years irl. Seems like a long ways from now but who knows.
Fwiw this implies the huffing atrium camping trip takes place some time in June.
Personally I still think SuzuYuu is the pairing to beat.
I bet we’re going to see a shift in Yuu’s feelings. SuzuTori has developed to the point that Suzu accepted comiket tickets from Atori and thought about helping out at Atori’s booth after she finished shopping. No romance but definitely thawed out. Yuu is questioning the state of her relationship with Atori. Still obsessed but wondering where she really stands in the mix. And Nikumaru asked for fanart of Yuu feeling jealous of Suzu getting attention from their classmates lol.
Maybe I'm admitting defeat too early but is it too much to ask a manga where the childhood friend pairing works out?Series is still going and given it’s into vol 6 I figure it’ll run for as long as the author wants it.

Me clutching onto and huffing more Starting Today, We’re Childhood Friends.Maybe I'm admitting defeat too early but is it too much to ask a manga where the childhood friend pairing works out?Being a fan of childhood friend pairings is absolute suffering
Me clutching onto and huffing more Starting Today, We’re Childhood Friends.
All of the side characters get into actual childhood-friend romances, while the main pair roleplays as childhood friends.
Atori is like Suzu’s third elder sister, which after the drunkard, and the neet, her impression of elder sister is not goodI don't know if this series has been fully completed but given how the author's other work is heading I have to admit I suspect SuzuTori to be the actual endgame, though that's admittedly just me being a bit reactionary.
Not constantly following many Kirara stories, but there are Kirara stories that still continue when the 3rd year seniors graduate. Usually introduces new junior, and the graduates still sometime came over.Assuming the current pace (ch 1 came out 12/2020) and the series ending around when the third years (Atori, Rura, Kiyohara) graduate, the manga would run for another 10 years irl.
