Mitsuri's backstory was that she wasn't a very noticeable person, and Shingo was kinda of a "light" to her, fullfiling. But the truth is that he became so obsessed with his social media image that he did the unthinkable. So, while she still can't hate him, she will do what he fears the most: post a picture of his bald face in the front page of his social media.

She asks him what he wants to do the most: forfeit his SM and stay with his family, or his public image. Guy becomes enraged and chooses the later, while snatching back his phone and trying to away.

Sousuke stops him and posts his photo online. Shingo gets a massive slam and mentally breaks.

The chapter ends with Sousuke, SD card in hand, saying to the other 3( Shiratori, Mitsuri and Shingo), that he will not let go that it's time to talk with someone.

The last sentence isn't refering to Rika but someone else,someone sousuke knows and he is not part of the pta trip. My guess is that teruchi guy.I believe he get that information from shinjo's phone.

I know, that's why i said someone. He will not confront her as of now. But he did not say anything about not being on the PTA trip, but rather, that "shouldn't be here"( maybe not a place, but rather involved in this whole ordeal).

Terauchi is probably involved, but i don't think it's him that Sousuke is looking for( maybe his function is to actually paying attention to Sousuke at work, and somehow, one reason or another, he ended up pointing to Momonga. In a classic Hero's journey analisys, he's the call to adventure in the Story).

My take is the last guy, Kamizaki. The one that works on a bank( the second glasses guy, not Isobe, the one who got cucked by Shiratori).

In chapter 01, there's a shadowy figure talking about it being the first time he saw Rika's husband, that he looked as dumb he heard and even brought a treat to her lover's affair partner. If it was Shingo, he would be still talking to someone else. We can assume now that there's a 3rd party.

And more importantly, we never got full acknowledgement that Rika's income with Momonga's( and maybe Shiratori's site) got her enough money to pay for Matsuo's business startup. She probably has other sources of income.

He probably helps manage her account, and considering we know her secret account exists, and she and Shingo are trading information through financial apps, his name may have appeared to Sousuke on Shingo's phone. A common contact to both he and Rika.

And the bank guy could fit well in trying to "tie the knot" on these issues, as well as point out a next direction to follow and try to find more of her schemes, if "defeated" like Shingo or Shiratori.

As of now, we don't know who Rika has ties to, except for Shiratori and Shingo( she lended Matsuo some money, but that was it), nor who knows she has other ties( i mean, Shingo and Shiratori know about each other, but who knows if she denied knowing them to other people in the same circle).

Also, in the japanese comments, a lot of people want to believe that she has a mentor orchestrating everything with her, or who teached her how to make money in this business.

And the surprise...the thing is empty, save for an old video of Shingo doing it with a random girl, that Rika asked for practice. Mitsuri gets pissed.

Sousuke rushed to the room, to find Shiho playing with Tsubasa. She delivers a note to him, of Rika. Saying "she had a bussiness to attend and wouldn't be back for a while" and a kiss mark.

Sousuke and the team search the entire inn, but can't find her.

So yeah...
