I just think of that Miku Neapolitan song back in the day lol

I wonder if there’s any “real Italians react/horrified by Japanese version of spaghetti” I wouldn’t mind carbonara but idk if the sauce would be too sweet even on pizza never been as into tomatoes

Altho nice to have a friend prep it for you versus paying at a cafe

Tho shame that, cultures and money aside more younger ppl aren’t having like “dinner parties” and such but understandable if it’s not already a hobby or culinary arts student practicing

I think most likely I’d see ppl bake cookies for each other than a meal in each others home

The taste of Napolitan is more familiar than you think. To me, it taste just like stir fry noodles but with spaghetti. Tomato sauce (ketchup) taste. And since actual napolitan has capsicum in it, it reminded me more of sweet and sour pork. So just think of it as sweet and sour pork style but with sausages instead for this one. It does indeed goes very well with rice

carbs aside i guess i wouldn't mind trying some 'yakisoba bread' lol. maybe i'd try it fresh/made to order but would rather either have an egg sauce or maybe some kinda gochujang maybe.
