Why is there already a snipe ? there was a chapter 4 days ago. (I know it's not really an enforced 'rule' but i know there's usually an agreed upon "3-4 months" of no activity before someone else takes over if the main team didn't announce themselves
Why not spend time picking up a series that either hasn't been translated in forever or another new thing from scratch that's not done yet? Esp when your other series seems to be in Spanish anyways
This is a snipe of the reupload of the original after it was sniped the first time. Meanwhile, the Vietnamese and Korean translations are up to chapter 3…This is the third time the sane chapter is being translated.. It’s like we are stuck in limbo
First of all, thank you for reading! Let me apologize for that. At the beginning, chapters 1.1 and 1.2 were divided. I started translating each part, and the idea was to post them separately. However, due to Mangadex policies, we were asked to merge both chapters into one. That’s why it was updated a few times. This is chapter 1, which includes both halves: 1.1 and 1.2.This is the third time the sane chapter is being translated.. It’s like we are stuck in limbo
Yeah, that’s right, I decided to start translating it since the English version was a kinda late. Even the Spanish version is further ahead, which is unusual because almost always the English version comes first, and the Spanish version is translated from that. But it seems like this time it’s being translated directly from Japanese to Spanish. This is a snipe of the reupload of the original after it was sniped the first time. @Ruxxipasa I have already picked up this series a month ago, and despite that you just decided to start dropping EN chapters after I've already uploaded mine.Yeah, that’s right, I decided to start translating it since the English version was a kinda late. Anyways, we are working to catch up with the last chapter as quickly as possible, while maintaining the quality of the translation.
So... I don’t really know what “snipe” means, but I can guess you’re saying I just use Google Translate or something like that? Anyway, no worries, since the chapters have already been released, feel free to upload yours, and I’ll keep uploading mine.@Ruxxipasa I have already picked up this series a month ago, and despite that you just decided to start dropping EN chapters after I've already uploaded mine.
I've been releasing consistently on a bi-weekly schedule which is a very reasonable pace. There are only 2 chapters left to catch up with the raws so there's no point in rushing unpolished releases.
I kindly ask that you drop the series as this is just an intentional zero-effort snipe in a series that deserves love and care, which are clearly not present in your releases. Please leave this to someone more capable. I've got it from here. Thank you.
“Sniping” refers to working on/releasing chapters of a series already being actively scanlated without prior communication or regard for the active scanlators. It’s considered disrespectful, adds unnecessary pressure, lowers quality expectations, and disrupts an existing release.So... I’m really just doing this as a hobby; I’ve been following the original series since the beginning, and I have a lot of appreciation for it. I just want more people to know about it (especially the English fanbase, since it’s the biggest ) and honestly, I enjoy working on the translation.
So if you’re worried about the lack of effort, feel free to leave a review — I’ll take your feedback into account to improve and make it even better!
I understand now, thank you for explaining it to me, and sorry for the inconvenience. The last thing I’d want to do is cause any trouble for the scan teams.“Sniping” refers to working on/releasing chapters of a series already being actively scanlated without prior communication or regard for the active scanlators. I have been and will continue to release this on a consistent bi-weekly schedule with careful cleaning, typesetting, and accurate translation. The project has been active, not abandoned or slow, so this wasn’t filling a gap in speed or quality.
Readers will always choose based on quality and care so I’m not here to debate that, but rushed parallel releases don’t help the series or the community. They only put pressure on the existing effort.
If you want to improve, that’s admirable but please do so in a way that respects the ongoing project and community norms. I'd be happy with you waiting until after the active release has been posted before sharing yours for feedback.
I’ll continue updating on schedule regardless, but please avoid jumping ahead or duplicating chapters already being handled; respect the ongoing effort without disruption. Thanks.
