I think at this point Yang Kai might as well just kill that annoying dude real quick. The stakes are very high and dude just keeps yapping on the sidelines like he owns the place. Getting disrespected over and over again without even threatening him feels out of character for him. I guess he wants to embarass them with alchemy only but that little dog yapping should just be dealt with for repeatedly overstepping

I suppose sometimes it's more efficient to allow a person to make a fool out of themselves, rather than take direct action. Yang Kai has bigger goals, after all, and the fool isn't worth anything.

Yeah I get that but I think that should only apply to the alchemy grandmaster. That other dude indeed isn't worth anything but being repeatedly disrespected by him is like a fly that keeps flying in your face, you wouldn't care to kill it without reason but after it annoys you that often you might as well just swat it
