Did some digging on the JP side(チー付与). It’s actually popular, people are posting about it every hour and there's ton of fanfics. I watched some big JP manga critics on youtube(using auto-subs) and they all seem to be hyping it up. Even the Kodansha Shonen Magazine editor's room is a fan of this manga and the mangaka was selected as a leading judge or whatever for the next Monthly Shonen Magazine Award after the Uoto the author of Orb on the Movements of the Earth stepped down. Seen some spoilers for the later chapters and it’s definitely look awesome. This mangaka is cooking.
