Thanks Saeba.

Based chapter, save Ana, Allen! I think the manga will probably end soon, though, it seems like a fitting conclusion: Allen saves his wife's soul, they execute (or imprison) the evildoers, and it cuts to the epilogue a few years later with his and Ana's kid (or kids) to satisfy the spirit of Abe lol.

Don't mind me, just pinging everyone who added a reaction to that post.
Let's start with where I left off. Ana had just regained consciousness and is now engaged to Allen.
Due to what happened during her time in the enemy nation and being unconscious, Ana has lost a lot of her strength. With the help and encouragement of everyone at the estate, she slowly recovers.
Allen stays by her side as much as possible, but the ongoing war forces him to attend to the warfront (with more carpet bombing). The nature of the war is akin to a siege on Ramslett, but this is a non-issue since Ramslett is highly self-sufficient.

The focus then cuts to the OG!FMC and her time spent in the royal capital. She's living it up with her reverse harem: lazing around, having sex, ordering the servants, having more sex... you get the idea.
At around this time (details forgotten, sorry) she obtains one of the key items from the original game: the Saint's Staff. While not the literal name of the object (also forgotten), the important point is that it amplifies the powers of its user. Through the use of the Saint's Staff, she begins brainwashing people.
Eventually, the OG!FMC gets her hands on one of the more influential figures within the clergy in the royal capital, which then leads to her dominating the entirety of it. Her clergy puppets then declare her the "real Saint" and the Ramslett kingdom a bunch of heretics. This then leads her to brainwashing basically the entirety of the royal capital, including the trash king.

Tangent: Before Allen and the then-Duke Ramslett went to the audience with the king, Allen warned his friends and fellow adventurers in the royal capital that things would turn to shit fast, and that they should move to Ramslett while they still have the chance.

Anyway, back to the story. With newfound confidence and her desires unchecked, OG!FMC and her reverse harem (I'll just stay Five Idiots for brevity) lead the charge on another attempt to invade Ramslett. Allen begins carpet bombing the enemy like usual, but something seems off...
Usually, soldiers who were severely injured would end up dying, and those that weren't were scared shitless.
These soldiers, however, seemed to keep getting up despite their wounds, and would repeatedly say things like "For the Saint!" and other things to that effect. Fortunately, the enemy force is wiped out (because of the carpet bombing) to the dismay of the Five Idiots, and they are taken prisoner.

The story cuts back to Allen who is going to interrogate the Five Idiots. On his way there, he learns that the guards had moved them to different room than instructed. He chalks it up to a misunderstanding in relaying orders and enters the room.
In the room, the Five Idiots are stripped of their weapons and bound to chairs, in which they sit. Almost immediately, the OG!FMC tries sweet-talking Allen into giving them a light sentence. Allen is disgusted and basically calls the OG!FMC a bitch, taunting her.
In retaliation, the OG!FMC starts gloating about Ana's supposed fate (for those that don't remember: being kidnapped, raped and killed) to try to get a rise out of Allen. It fails, because obviously Ana isn't dead. To the shock of the Five Idiots, Ana enters the room, after which she says that Allen and she are engaged. This enrages the OG!FMC, who then throws a tantrum and complains that she's the real Saint, Ana should've been killed, etc. After she finishes, Allen uses an appraisal stone and is surprised to see the OG!FMC's title: the Witch of Envy.

This is when the OG!FMC's magic is revealed: her words carry a charming spell which influences the people around her. The Saint Staff amplifies this to full-on mind control for anybody who has even a sliver of affection toward her.

Due to his shock, Allen unwittingly announces the OG!FMC's real title and, realizing that she was holding the Saint's Staff behind her back, quickly takes it from her. This further enrages the OG!FMC, who then orders the muscle-brained Idiot to take the Saint's Staff back and kill Allen. The Idiot rips apart his constraints and lunges at Allen.
Using his skills and combat experience, Allen is able to dodge the attacks from the Idiot. Seeing this, the OG!FMC orders the Idiot to instead target Ana, who is still in a weakened state. Allen takes the brunt of the attack and is struck with a fatal wound. Ana freezes the muscle-brained idiot, and the remaining Idiots free themselves and escape.

As they escape, Allen falls to the floor, still holding the Saint's Staff. Ana catches him, and he looks up at her and smiles from the relief at seeing that she was unharmed. He did it. He was finally able to save the villainess. Allen accepts his fate, and begins to lose consciousness.

The scene ends with Ana clutching Allen's limp figure, crying and pleading for him to not die.
Pardon the extensive details; I remembered this part of the WN better than the prior events.
There's still more to the story after this, and I can also spoil it if requested.
Thanks!
If you don't mind and have time for it, I want more. Highly appreciate your effort.

Recap: the OG!FMC and her reverse harem (dubbed the Five Idiots) were captured by the Ramslett army and interrogated by Allen. Allen took a key item from the original story, the Saint's Staff, from the OG!FMC and then protected Ana from an attack, leaving him with fatal wounds.

The story then cuts to the POV of the OG!FMC from the previous scene. She recounts how she was able to easily win over the guards to get the more favorable accommodations, and gloats about how she's living life on easy mode.
Allen then enters the room. The OG!FMC remembers how she and Allen met at the academy, and how he got flustered when she talked to him. Believing that he would be just as easy to control, the OG!FMC puts on her cutesy act and begins sweet-talking to him.
To her surprise, not only was Allen not brainwashed, his face contorts with disgust. The rest of the scene plays out, with not much extra information besides some internal monologues from the OG!FMC that just re-confirm how much of a bitch she is.

Let's fast-forward to when Allen is wounded. After the Idiots free themselves and essentially drag the OG!FMC out of the room, she curses how they didn't pick up the Saint's Staff, but still remains confident that everything is still be going her way; she still has her brainwashed puppets, after all.

The story resumes with Ana clutching Allen's limp body, crying her heart out. She thinks, she pleads, she prays for something, anything, that can save Allen. It is then when she notices the Saint's Staff. Now, I don't recall if Allen had verbally mentioned it or if Ana had connected the dots, but somehow she learns about the amplifying powers of the Saint's Staff and grabs it.

Upon grabbing it, a voice is heard in Ana's mind asking what power she desires. Immediately, she begs for the power to save Allen, her beloved. The voice, hearing her pleas, comments how her selfless devotion to helping others and her love for Allen is precisely what a Saint should stive for, and gives her the title of the Ice Saint. It continues, explaining that her ice magic will now also have holy attributes. With her newfound powers of holy ice, Ana surrounds Allen in a bed of ice and prays for him to come back to her.

The next chapter starts with Allen slowly coming to his surroundings (if I were to describe it, it would be like waking up from anesthesia after surgery). His first thoughts are how he feels cold, but also an indescribable warmth. He slowly opens his eyes and sees Ana's face, her cheeks wet with tears.

"Ah, this must be a dream," he thinks to himself, smiling. Ana lunges forward and hugs him tightly, crying out with relief at his return from the brink of death. Now realizing that this wasn't a dream, he returns the hug and slowly sits up in the bed of ice. After doing so, he notices the other people present in the room: his mother, King Ramslett, the Sage, the Sage's contractor and the servants of the Ramslett estate. Allen's mother also hugs him, crying.

Everyone expresses their relief at his recovery, and Allen is caught up to speed on what happened after he nearly died. During the conversation, he brings up the true title for the OG!FMC and how the Saint's Staff allowed her to brainwash people. Ana explains to him that she's now a Saint, and her newfound holy ice is what had healed his injuries.
Hearing this, Allen looks at the frozen, now-unconscious Idiot who he had fought and has an idea: since Ana's magic now has holy properties, couldn't she undo the brainwashing? Ana believes that she can, turns to the Idiot turns to the Idiot and casts a spell that encases his head in ice. (She quite literally "cooled his head".)

After a few seconds, the ice shatters and the Idiot regains consciousness. With the brainwashing gone, the Idiot recalls his recent actions and is mortified. Likely due to his guilt, the Idiot begins explaining how the trash king's kingdom is going to shit, how the OG!FMC is unaware and what her plans are for the near future. Allen listens to the Idiot's explanation and declares that now's the time to bring justice to the OG!FMC.

Allen assembles the Avengers I mean, King Ramslett, his army, Allen, Ana, the Dragons and every combat-capable person close to Allen invade the trash king's capital. Allen sows chaos through the usual carpet bombing, and Ana uses the brainwashing-curing magic to dispel the brainwashing from the soldiers defending the capital. The throne room is eventually reached, and the remaining Idiots are found hiding there along with the trash king, the chancellor and the king's guards.

The OG!FMC throws another fit, complaining how things aren't going her way and orders the guards and the other Idiots to kill Allen and his comrades. I don't recall if there was any meaningful fight, since it quickly ends after Ana uses the brainwash-curing magic on everyone in the room. The cured enemy soldiers stand down, and the Idiots have a similar reaction as the test subject Idiot from before.

The OG!FMC tries giving out orders again, but no one listens to her. She looks on in horror as she realizes that she's alone, then turns to Ana in anger. Denying reality, the OG!FMC once again recounts what Ana's fate should have been, but Ana has no reaction. Instead, Ana encases the OG!FMC's mouth and neck with ice and begins reciting a spell.
The contents of the spell basically denounce the OG!FMC as a Witch and that, through her voice, she brought chaos upon the kingdom. Therefore, through Ana's power as a Saint, she will seal away the OG!FMC's voice. The ice shatters, and the OG!FMC opens her mouth to spout more curses...

But no sound comes out. She tries to scream and yell, her mouth showing a whole host of colorful words, but to no avail. Finally accepting reality, she falls onto her knees, her face contorted with despair.

(This is where I read the WN stopped, so everything from here on is just bits and pieces of what I had read from other spoilers.)

The trash king's kingdom is quickly taken over by the surrounding kingdoms, and he and the trash prince are executed.

The remaining members of the OG!FMC's reverse harem are disowned by their families and disappear.

King Ramslett's kingdom (which included allied nobles when it was founded, forgot to mention) flourishes and he establishes diplomatic relations with the neighboring kingdoms.

Allen and Ana have their wedding, and Allen is once again celebrated as the hero of the kingdom. I don't remember if the story mentioned if they had children, but it's likely that they did.

The OG!FMC, now stripped of her voice and power, is employed as a prostitute in a mine. Every day, she unwillingly provides "services" to the workers and escapes reality by hoping that her reverse harem will save her one day. Essentially, as a form of karmic justice, she was subjected to what Ana's fate should have been had Allen not intervened.

With that, the story concludes. There were around 8-12 chapters of side stories and POV flashbacks that I wasn't able to read, so the ending may seem lackluster.

Thank you again! That ending was satisfying. Can't wait for it to be adapted.
