I've been reading a bit of the WN these days, it's decent for now... A bit generic, but still entertaining enough for me to continue.
And i really hope the artist does a good job with MCs epic fight against his father in the next few ch. Him proving that he mastered their family style just by watching and being better at it then his sister (by far) was described really good. Looking forward to it

I hope he destroys his father and everything he stands for. The father literally caused this because he wasn't strong enough to deal the final blow and then he decided to try sacrificing his unborn child most likely for his ego and to hide the story he didn't actually win the fight.

NGL, the doctor, the father, and the sister should all die in a horrific and agonizing way. But given it's a Japanese manga they'll all survive somehow and the MC will spare them.

Sorry but you will be disappointed as i was... The father and sister are less than background characters
Here is their only real part of the story if you want to know...
After MC absorbs the Queen of Poison within him and turns into his adult form, he decides to leave and go on a journey. He runs into his father as he is leaving. After some insults from him, MC being very prideful and confident now (his personality change can be compared to Jinwoo from Solo Leveling) taunts him and they begin to fight. It's not one sided as MC is using the family styles in real battle for the first time, but it's clear that MC is by far stronger. His father being desperate uses his ultimate skill but MC counters it and knocks him out with the most basic one. Even though MC told him he would kill him, he lets him live out of respect to his late mother.
As he is leaving he runs into his sister and a few guards who noticed the battle. She starts insulting him, not believing he defeated their father, he just calmly knocks out the guards and walks by her. As she gets ready to attack him he releases just 10% of his magical power, which creates a shockwave that almost beheads her. She is scared as hell, and he just tells her "be glad you kept your head, next time there won't be any mercy", something like that, and then he leaves for good.
And that's it for them... All this will happen in the first 10ch of the manga i'd say. I also checked a bunch of the future chapters at random, even the ending, just to see if they have more appearances, but no luck. It's like the author forgot about them
The WN is complete, well the main story is... There are still some epilogue stories coming out, maybe the author remembers them one day lol
EDIT: I somehow missed an interlude chapter which had a bit more about them. These chapters are not numbered and used just to describe stuff, so i ignored them not noticing that this one was actually a continuation of this fight above.
Anyway, the father wakes up in his bed and is informed he was out a whole week. His butler explains what happened, and he is shocked his son is so strong, far beyond his sister. He sounds a bit remorseful, but still labels him an evil being because of the Queen of Poison within him. He feels he is somehow weaker now, and finds out his son poisoned him. This poison sealed most of his power, and he can't do nothing about it.
The butler informs him then that his daughter meet her brother and since then hasn't left her room. They go to her, but she actually isn't there, only a note saying she left to kill her evil brother.
I have no idea what happened to her. There are no chapters about her after this, or their father. I read like 70% of it, searched a bit of the ones i didn't get to yet, even double checked some of them, but no luck. Google translate is not the most reliable, but it's still good enough. Also her name is not so easy to miss... I could have missed it if she was just mentioned slightly, but i kinda doubt it.

So the MC wound up in a trolley problem and those involved decided to pull the lever. If his family had treated him better the situation would tragic rather than infuriating.
The only way I can see their treatment of him make any sense requires some mental gymnastics but here we go. . .
1. So, they were under the impression that giving him all of the curse would save his mother and sister but kill him in the process. Given the situation and the doctor's own words that was a reasonable expectation.
2. MC survived, though the curse made him weak and sickly. They likely didn't expect him to live very long in that state, again a reasonable expectation in the circumstances.
3. Big mental back flip time: Grief is a bastard and will twist you up inside. Caring for a loved one you know is going to die soon (a reasonable expectation in MC's case) is a special kind of hell. You start the grieving process before they actually die in a lot of ways. In the beginning, maybe they cared for the MC, tried to make what they assumed would be his short life comfortable, so they could make peace with the loss and move on.
4. . . .except he didn't die. They waited for the blade to fall, dreading the moment, living in horrible anticipation of a tragedy they knew was coming. But the blade didn't fall. The tension never released. He lived but didn't thrive, didn't show signs of becoming healthier. He's trapped in a body that won't let him die or let him grow. They're trapped in a grieving process for years until resentment poisons any love they may have had for him because he won't just die and let them move on.
Yeah, I kind of hate the situation in it's entirety. I can tilt my head far enough to maybe see how we got here but it hurts my neck and heart.

Even just the base notion of the mom being cursed, the curse being transferred to him, but then the mom still dies later on anyway? Just speaking in terms of narrative, those are two different kinds of origin story. In this situation, the best I can say is that the father is angry because Kaim was "supposed" to die...but then he didn't. And then his wife died even after supposedly being saved from the curse years before.

Well the father and the entire village will get their just dessert in the near future. The village will suffer constant monster invasion that the teritory army cant handle and multiple villagers will die resulting in the village abandonment and the father will get the worst karma of all he will get poisoned by the MC after he lost the fight against his own son resulting in him being unable to use mana and become weaker without any prospect of recovery and his household will fall from grace because of his incompetent daughter

Maybe it is just mentioned but i didn't get to it yet, i'm about half way...
As i said, i did check a bunch of chapters at random, judging them by their title (which pretty much give away the whole chapter plot). After ch 10 no title was centered around them. There were a bunch that had sister, brother or family in them, but all are about the Princess (the blond girl with the butterfly ornament in her hair).
I'll continue reading a bit today and update if i get more details. Oh, and yeah, the poison part is correct. That's how he stopped his fathers ultimate skill and defeated him.
