I feel bad for Fuuko. They just keep beating her down over and over.
I want someone to save her. And I don’t mean any of the girls we’ve already seen.

I think Fuuko and Mashiro's age gap isn't that huge maybe their 2-3 years apart? So why does everyone saying Mashiro's a groomer, I think she's manipulative and dominating, I feel a little sad for Fuuko as always because she always lacks attention and love. This story always has full of surprises, twists and reveals the character's dark side, one example is Yuki.

What do you mean “groom”? That was a normal interaction right? Am I dumb?
That's how grooming works we can only recognize it because we know where the narrative goes. Normal on the surface but leading her to more and more questionable decisions and actions.

Fuuko's narration at the end of the chapter says as much, even. I don't know if "grooming" is the most accurate term (because I'm still not positive as to how much older Mashiro is) - but it's absolutely manipulative on Mashiro's part, and Fuuko clearly states that the events of this chapter leading to her meeting Mashiro, seemingly benign as they are, were the starting point for Fuuko's life getting much, much worse.

Yeah verified this with several different sources and grooming has to do with preparing them to be victimized the age is irrelevant. Even if she had been younger it would still be grooming if she was manipulating her to be comfortable in situation that would turn her into a victim.

Smal Fuuko is adorable
Its just that her mom and prolly her entire family is shit
Yeah everyone they've shown except her Grandma is garbage and it hurts to think her understanding of love and attraction were messed up from such a young age. I'm voting for her and Yuni, but more so I just want her to be happy and escape her family.

Anyone else think the irony is thick having the sexual predator warn her about things sexual predators could exploit.
