The part that gets me is why it's so inconsistent.
Sometimes there are black boxes, sometimes the printer ran out of toner.

I actually thought it was the scanlator adding the censoring to encourage people to buy the manga. The censoring just seems so lazily done.

He did say he isn’t uploading the uncensored versions to encourage buying it.
