Well, in my memories, we never went to find and catch the Og providers and the General using the combat drug as a weapon, thus not resolving the whole investigation makimura took on?

This means I'm in for a whole reread of City hunter to clear the fog, time to ask for some paid leave x)

Yeah, if by "general" you mean that guy that Ryo off's early in manga, yeah.
