never had it but googling 'sweet brussel sprouts' gave me a 'honey balsamic' recipe so as long as it's not over the top/balanced it should be fine? as opposed to say, drowning in syrup so kids will tolerate it but i think at that point any 'health' effects would be cancelled out XD versus veggies dipped in fondue

It's not that "you're supposed to make sound", you're actually supposed to eat it quickly while it's still hot, at the peak of its flavor, to appreciate the chef's craft.
