The female high schooler he's training is extremely one dimensional and uninteresting. from the second she was introduced I was instantly bored by this. Agreed -- Though wish it wasn't so -- been like that for nearly ever; at first, due to target audience (Eg. To-love Ru, Zero Tsukimi, etc back in 2000s), but later, "if it works, why change it?" mentaility.

It is rather curious just how many dungeon streaming LN and manga been coming out, yet I cant think of a single one thats actually good, nor any that are "so bad it's good" like some isekai fall into. Just feels like a mishmash of trying to fit the current societal thing into fantasy combat settings.
