Wonder why he's after Raloud though. Given the previous chapter, they might've run into Mr. Belator (when he was still on duty) at some point, maybe when trying to pull their stunt again? And in the aftermath, it seemed like Gheer got killed, so Mr. Belator took care of Raloud
In any case, I wonder if Gheer is out for revenge or trying to apologize/make up with Raloud. If he were just after the money, I'd assume there are easier targets, and he wasn't interested in our two mages either...
