I doubt all this surveillance will dissapear by just killing one guy what these kids don't realize or don't think about is that once a puppet gets killed the ones behind the puppet will just make a new one

I guess they weren't really "Perfect" Police, they weren't prepared for a sudden case of head explosions.
Can't call yourself perfect unless you're prepared for everything to happen.
