When did she last appear in a chapter? Did she exist as anything other than to deliver some drama and conflict early on?

Nowadays they use her as a female equivalent of Glasses, they have a similar, outside-in perspective on the main cast three. But they had loads of chicks from the film club that could have taken up that role, I just don't see why we needed a stalker character introduced.
