It sure seems like it! Let's hope they quickly get to Haru and heal her. And that Haru isn't doing something silly since the headmaster has basically discarded her...

I assume the third guy is fine.
A healer only shines in environment where people need healing, and a mage in an environment where they can blow stuff up so it makes sense they've encountered danger. The third guy chose farming/producing goods and I think his looks also blend in with other people from that region so he has probably not faced any danger and is just chilling doing his thing. There is always the possibility of a monster attack, especially if monsters are attracted to the fields he's tending to if they find the food tasty, but it doesn't seem likely. He might also get exploited for his skills, but I can't imagine it'll lead to any injury and needing a healer.
And since farmers don't travel, we may never learn anything about his situation. Maybe Falco decides to go meet up with his father and they also happen to meet the third reincarnated guy over there? We'll see.

Anyway, I still really hope author-san avoids romance between Shou & Falco any more than there already is, they have such a good familial relationship going. Sort of Aniki-Imouto/Single Dad-Adoptive Daughter.

The difference between this and Usagi drop(? Right) is that she was already his age, but forced to become a child again. So it's less of him taking care of her as a father/parent and more him securing her surroundings while she matures again.

I can understand why you two don't want it to turn out that way, but given her circumstances it wouldn't be entirely that strange... If she falls for him he might find it odd, third parties might find it odd, but as I said before she's already been an adult... So...

Age in this world is also kinda loose with people having significantly longer lifespans. What's important to me is, it seems to at minimum be waiting for her to be an adult, and not involve grooming or power abuse.
Still, I'd prefer not having to ask myself where I want to draw the line.

It did cross my mind in the beginning. I didn't really see any other reason why the author would make humans live that long. I'm holding out hope that it is just a whimsical choice. Even with the old soul in the young body, it's still weird. Do not the child you raised.

And he is pretty immature for his age because of his trauma too so if (and i think when the time comes) she goes for him openly he wont be able to reject her and its gonna turn into a romantic thing. In the previous chapter, the priest's (?) thoughts revealed that something "fishy" was going on in the Plains, which the cast remarked was where he had likely gone to in one of the earlier chapters. So when the story does get to him, I'm assuming he'll be going through some kind of societal-level issue like Haru is.

Didn't a previous chapter state that our MC loves Falco, though it is framed as romantic, it may not be.
