Is odd, it feels like the author is taking its sweet time with everything.
Is nice we got this new foe in the form of an unreasonable crazy woman, but everyone feels a bit too silly, too meta, also too slow, and the eroticism is not as nice as it used to be. Feels like the author has gotten lazier and its drawing are more bland now

Remember during the "final battle" arc when we were calling out the author for just throwing every shounen battle trope into the mix because they couldn't come up with an original idea. This is just the natural extension of that, he's throwing out every trope in general from all genres now because the manga has no direction or goal.

It is quite literally just the author taking the piss and shoving in whatever was recently relevant to them in the story instead of thinking up something original. Like their editor catches them sleeping in past noon on the day the chapter is due and they groggily look around their apartment and just list off various objects to make a chapter scenario.

"Oh shit, yeah uh...I have the new chapter storyboard. It involves uh...Elden Ring references...and uh...slapstick comedy involving a cursed ring (that legit has the same elven script as the ONE RING from Lord of the Rings)."

Yeah because there's no story left. The web novel ended after the stadium battle. The manga artist is keeping it going by turning it into a gag manga.

I wish Mirio would fuck Valetta and start a harem already.

The first was the kind of train wreck where the cars just fall off the trucks and keep sliding on the ground sideways and you're thinking "when will it stop". In this case, it's a train wreck where the cars are flipping through the air and bodies are flying everywhere while you're shouting stuff like "WHOA! That guys body just went in two sep- ouch, make that three separate directions" and "here it coooomes SPLAT!".

I was thinking the other night, and I finally found a good way to describe the way this manga is going. It's like watching somebody at a high-stakes poker table at a big casino, and he somehow keeps pulling Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh cards and plays out of nowhere and slamming them on the table with a straight face.The dealer can't figure out how he's doing it, doesn't know how to respond, and he's looking at the head of security PLEADING with him to do something/anything about the situation, but the head of security knows that the casino owner knows the guy personally and he's just messing with the dealer's head.
