they said in earlier chapters that only analogue can be trusted and that other dissidents all get caught because of their online activity, so the lowell regime should be able to track the sleep-making guy since he used his phone in the area of a terrorist attack to look up the location of the water tower. That will be logged by the internet service provider

Also the scientist knows the main character's identity and name so there should be no chance of him becoming A rank. It doesn't seem very plausible that the scientist would decide to join the main character and keep his identity a secret from the lowell regime. I can't think of any good reason she would do that. even if the main character is so interesting because he resisted brainwashing, the scientist would be able to do many more experiments without risking the wrath of the regime.

I wonder why Renza has multiple descents (teleportation, fire attacks and telepathy).
Also I wonder why she blew up the patrol car and kept her other descents secret from the rest of her group? Maybe she's a super special descent user like Lowell.
She seems like a totally different character now. Maybe she has a split personality like Nero?

It looks like she has more than one descent, but it's only phasing, the explosions and flames were caused by her mixing chemicals and components, same with the gun, she just phased it a few feet to land in front of MC

Just realised that the "telepathy" in the machine is just what that scientist said about previous people placed in the machine left behind some fragments in the machine that can interact with other fragments sometimes. it still does seem like telepathy though when the renza fragment in the machine told kiriya to go to the watertower
