Heh. The thing about my place, is that nothing (weather-wise) EVER happens here. I've survived plently of tornado warnings and yet I haven't seen anything related to a tornado in my entire life. Snow days? Nowhere to be seen. Even school delays? Nope! In near-freezing temperatures? ... Nope!

1 minute. For posting threads and starting new DMs, I think it's 10.

V5 is a one minute cool down, V3 you could post as much as you wanted, which caused many users to accidentally double post.
