It basically means “sweetheart” or “girl/boyfriend” in this context. He’s just implying that she’s nice to Kurose because they’re dating or she likes him romantically.

…. If they seriously just pulled a “I’m taking my toys and going home” move, then that’s BEYOND childish. I get people being annoyed at sniping, but that would be an incredibly immature response.

Even more so when you consider how they were time-gating chapters. That’s fine, plenty of groups do it… but it shouldn’t be a surprise if someone else releases the chapters then. At one point MangaDex’s community cared more about who had what series, but since MD has been adding ads and nuking series, it’s kinda “whatever” at this point. People gonna do what people gonna do.
