Okay, for you younger folks, this was a movie called Weird Science and it is an absolute TREASURE from the 1980's.
The basic gist is that our two boys, Gary and Wyatt (the two in the middle there) figure out a way to tap into a government mainframe and use its supposedly vast processing power to simulate the hottest woman imaginable. You know, kinda like those simulated AI girlfriends that are all the rage now. (Funny how this shit turns out, huh?)
They get a LOT more than they bargained for when reality itself gets warped and they create the hottest, sexiest GODDESS ever! No, this is not a joke or an exaggeration. She can warp reality to her whims better than Haruhi Suzumiah. She can take on Belldandy and come out on top. In EVERY DEPARTMENT. Hell, I think she was even the inspiration for Belldandy!
Mayhem and shenanigans promptly ensue as our new Goddess shows her thanks for being created by these two doofuses by helping them to become cool dudes. (Actually cool dudes - not some empty looks-cool-on-the-surface garbage.)
The scene above... the two guys that bullied them constantly are now bending the knee because they want one of their own. All the wild shit that happens during the process is reality itself literally going bonkers as it's being rewritten. Buuuut because they forgot one little thing, they get a nuclear ICBM instead. (The dove perching on top of it is just the most perfectly tongue-in-cheek icing-on-the-cake joke ever.)

I know the MC is a good guy, but any interaction with females mostly go like he will get some smex (except kids, well done there author), so even the sick beast lady wants some action hahaha (maybe??)
it's highly likely, although the other possibility is that the disease is real but the medicine is fake and the price is how they are scaming the beastfolk, so then we tied with MC's test of herbology for the adventure guild.

Well ....I don't see any problem with that ...mostly when his wife alrdy allowed him to have sex with anyone he wants since he won't betray or leave her after all...
I know by normal concept it's consider as NTR regardless...but remember ...concept of normal didn't exist for him and he slowly to learn that ..and of course his main wife understands that well

Heh. It's even better than that. All a woman needs to do is respectfully ask her permission - to recognize her as The Lady of The House. Then the reason will hardly matter to her - whether its a lustful one-night stand, or someone that winds up joining their family.
If Princess Almeria ever caught wise to this little detail, she would probably be worshiping the ground Laila walks on.
What's even better is that I'm sure that Laila, being the soft-hearted variant of the Oujou-sama character type, will not only allow it, but even give her some loving encouragement.

....When you read the information but didn't quite understand the situation.
One was fighting to the death for a pair of panties, the other was just having fun teasing her because she's pent up.
One was so engrossed that she didn't even realize it had turned night, the other teased her fully aware.
One despite being outclassed called it a handicap and continued anyway, the other most likely knew Loren and Legal Wife was nearby but would have definitely beat the brakes off of the Ero-elf it they wasn't.

Not only does she allow it, she was the one who put the idea in his head that it was normal (and we know how much he's willing to do for the concept of normality). Just as long as he considers her the main wife, everything is fine. So I'm not 100% sure if this would be considered NTR since it wouldn't have happened in the first place without her pushing him....
Yup! I think so far the only one who butt heads with her over MC is the receptionist who has a thing for him, she's also the only one besides Almeria and Rin (little mage girl, I think that's her name??) who hasn't done anything with him. Rin, when grown up, definitely wouldn't reject the idea as long as she could be a part of the family. Ero-elf butt heads with MC over Laila.....which honestly is valid, Laila is one of the best heroine in these type of manga.
It only just hit me on page 22 in chapter 46 that this is drawn by the same person who does the sage one with the talking dog. Finally seeing this dog beast folk made me make the connection that's been vaguely there since I started reading.
