I can explain the Koizumi Shinjirou reference. During the 2025 LDP leadership campaign (that he would lose to Takaichi Sanae), he became a meme for saying nothing with a lot of words (because he didn't want to commit to specifics that would alienate people), so because her Dad's letter contains a tautology, she says “Koizumi Shinjirou?”, as that is reminiscent of him.
