Yeah you are right, akari has her bad stuff too, but eiyuu knows akari likes him, he has been knowing that for a long time. The plot itself is a mess, this has two possible endings:
1. eiyuu ends up with only one of them, rejecting the others, 5 year timeskip comes and the rejected girls are still in love with eiyuu instead of finding someone else.
2. harem route, which idk how dating 6 girls at the same time would work on modern day japan but sure
