Well neither of them are a Saudi Arabian prince so "accidentally" falling on top of someone doesn't ends in sex happening, that would be some unrealistic poor writing from the author

Because despite how clumsy she is, Nano would need to "accidentally fall multiple times" on top of Yuhi, but not even she has that Saudi royalty level of clumsy, her dexterity is not THAT bad!
